FREE CLASS SCHEDULE – MAY 12th

9 AM – Yin Yoga with Heather

10 AM – Oula One with Lori

11 AM – DETOX SECRETS (Lori Kearney)   If you have never done a detox before and wondering if you should, then this class is for you.  Learn why detoxing matters, how to tell if you need a detox and how you can fit it into your busy schedule.

12 PM – PLAYING WITH ENERGY & WORKING WITH PLATINUM LIGHT   (Claire Nelligan)  Whether you have stepped into the role or not, we are all healers.  Healing is a talent we are gifted with at birth.  Step into this gift that you already own, up your game by learning how to infuse Platinum Light into your practice.

1PM - DISCOVER RELAXATION & HEALING WITHIN (Deb Zenisek)   Discover relaxation and healing from within.  Come with willing hands and an open mind.  Follow a rhythm inside your body you may not have been aware of before.  Experience the restorative effects of monitoring this and how it can help transform pain, anxiety and help with relaxation.

1:30 PM - WAS THAT A SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE (Chanda Parkinson)   Come together to share spiritual experiences, whether a visit from a loved one in spirit, a dream, a synchronicity or some other moment to discuss and receive feedback and analysis.  Discern the messages in spiritual experiences of all kinds!

2:00 PM – CONNECTORCISE MINDFULNSS TRAINING FOR AMAZING CONNECTIONS (Eduardo Drake)      If you are tired of small talk, want richer connections with loved ones, or want the benefits of meditation with the fun of social interaction, you are in the right place!  This class is for mindfulness workouts for your connection muscles: eyes, ears, voice and mind.  Stretching and building these muscles empowers students like you, to go beyond ordinary conversations to create amazing connections at will.  Connections that nourish, energize and inspire!  The world needs more connection.  With a little training and practice, you can reclaim your connection superpowers and make a bigger difference in the world!

3:00 PM – FOOD FOR THOUGHT,  THE RELATIONSHIP OF STRESS, FOOD CHOICES AND CHRONIC CONDITIONS (Annmarie Tenhoff)  Learn how food affects stress, how stress affects absorption of nutrients, and how stress and nutrient deficiencies contribute to chronic conditions.  Find out what you can do to stop the cycle and enjoy greater vitality, better sleep and improved well being!
